The straightforward (English-chess-English-chess) structure of the Exercises enables children to practice independently and consolidate both Chess and English skills.
Annual academic program,
requiring one lesson a week.
The course can only be conducted by certified Chess and English teachers, certification received after attending a Chess and English teachers' training.
BLINDFOLDED GAME
Put the chess pieces in a bag. Ask a student out and blindfold him. Ask him to take a piece from the bag and guess what it is.
„What is this?” asks the class. The blindfolded student needs to say „It is a King.” and the class replies „Yes, it is.” if his guess was correct. Continue until he makes a mistake, then the class says „No, it isn’t”.
